There seems to be a shortage of what you can and cant do with your dog after we moved to phase 3 so I called the Guarda Civil this morning and asked if I was allowed to put my dog in the car and drive from Balsicas to Santiago Ribera to the dog exercise compound . The officer told me yes,so I just wanted to let dog owners know that you can now do this.

you might want to look at the newly opened Top Dog Hotel in Los Alcazares....you can take your dog Sundays and Weds evening for a free run in their huge fenced compound....5€ ...its the best entertainment too!! Find them on Facebook or google...they are also doing training and agility classes...lovely Spanish couple!
