Does your Covid Certificate you get from the NHS have to be your full name i.e. the full name that is shown on your passport? Most certificates don't seem to show anyone's full name. If anyone can help please I would be really grateful.
My Covid cert is in my full name. It’s taken from your registration document at that time.
No. Mine only has my first and last name, and not my middle name. Not an issue
