I have heard that if we apply online for a Spanish driving licence before end of this month we can avoid taking a practical test. Have tried to find website link to do this but options are complex. Has anyone done this application? If so can they give me website link?

best plan would be to get some help with the process...you need a medical first, presuming you also have residencia. QML in Los Alcazares 525 square will help for a small fee.

We have hired a gestor to get us our appointment at the traffico office in Cartagena to register us as wanting to change our DL. Once we get our residencia/TIC finalised we can then go to swap DL. You need to sit a medical first (€30 pp).
Any decent gestor (I can give you my guys details if you want) can arrange everything for you at a reasonable rate.
