Interpreter for Doctor/Medical visits

Hi,  I wondered if anyone knows a Spanish/English interpreter in San Javier or Sucina please?

The person does not have to be a professional interpreter.  I'd be happy for a person (Spanish or English) who would be happy to accompany me for a doctors visit in Sucina / San Javier.   Normal fee rates would apply.
