Hi all
Robin here, me & Christine are hopefully completing October/November time near the football ground, meanwhile we're looking to rent from late August early September for 4-8 weeks & would welcome any recommendations for a rental 2/3bed 2bath & within a km of the beach.

Hi...I organise a Ladies who Lunch group who meet around Los Alcazares/ San Javier but members live all around the area......look at our Facebook page LwL Los Alcazares and around.
Also if you fancy singing there is a thriving chorus...google Spangles ...meet in Los Alcazares.
There will also be a Facebook page for your area..look at Costa Blanca South Chat group ...they have regular meetings for members and groups.
Theres lots going on once you get settled...I'm in San Javier if you want to meet up...just aling the road...maybe in Dos Mares Centre for coffee??

Short term it will be used as a holiday home but we are planning on retirement in a few years...we like the whole area, it has a nice Spanish feel and the Mar Menor with numerous beaches are wonderful for future grandchildren.
We have a lot to learn including the language but it is part of the challenge of a new country.
