Rental - 8/9 nights in October

Hi and good afternoon. 

My wife and I are looking for a rental for 8-9 nights in October preferably on Hacienda golf for pools, golf etc. Professional 50's couple,  we have stayed here several times now and love the village & golf resort. Just looking for a nice apartment to stay at , we would be there mainly in the evenings as out most days sight seeing and visiting friends. 

Prices seem to vary alot  !. Not sure why anywhere from 250 euros to 600 euros for this length of rental on booking.com. Happy to book direct with owner , and cash if required. 

Any help appreciated
