Hi
I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough idea on how much it would cost to install oilfired central heating into a Rosa style property.
Property at moment has a log burner, but i worried this may not he enough to heat whole hoyse in winter.

Can anyone confirm if the central heating systems in the Villa,s have 15mm copper pipe connecting up the radiators, the same as here in GB.?

We had been considering downsizing from our present house to a smaller one until I obtained a quote from my advisers for the costs. Selling costs amount to just over €17,000 roughly 10% of the value of the house and the buying costs amount to roughly 10% of the value of the smaller house we had looked at, a total of just over €27,000,00. Don't think we will be moving.

Hi all,
In two weeks we will be arriving in the area to look at properties and will hopefully find our new permanent home. Is it possible to walk from Lo Santiago to Balsicas, does anyone have any thoughts good or bad on Lo Santiago. All information would be greatly appreciated.
