Hello, I am thinking to buy an apartment in El Palmeral and was wondering if it’s pet friendly? We got a small dog and cat and won’t buy if they can’t come with us on holiday.

Hello everyone. We are coming to los alcazares on May 3 to pick up keys for our new house. We have been searching for places to buy our first household bits and pieces. Been on the Lidl website and they sell more or less all the small things like kettle, toaster, loungers etc. Could someone please tell me if they stock these or is it only online, and then delivery. Also new bedding will be needed on first day so any suggestions would be appreciated.

In the process of buying an apartment on Condado De Alhama.  Looking at get 1 x double bed with a top single bunk, one single bunk bed and a kingsize bed all with matress’s along with corner sofa (bed) couch.  I’m in uk at the minute so just looking online.  I’ve seen Don Baraton, there’s one in almoradi about an hour away, then ikea and Leyroy Merlin in Murcia 40 mins away.  Any other reasonably priced furniture places anyone can recommend near Condado ? Also what’s the lead time on couch’s from these places ? In England DFS you can be waiting 12 weeks just wondering if it’s the same as I may come over an order sooner to save time ? I’ve emailed them but there not getting back to me.

Need your advice: Does anyone know where there is a warehouse in Los Alcazares/Alcantarilla or nearby? I need to store my personal items and boxes of belongings for a couple of months. It is advisable to do this at an affordable price.

I know that Torre Pacheco Council had a cyber attack on 29/03/24, and their website is not working at all. So, I've been trying to contact Torre Pacheco Town Hall to obtain an appointment for a Padron, however they're not answering the phone? Has anyone recently applied for a Padron, and if so, how did you obtain an appointment, and what documents are required?

Hi, I'm looking for tradesmen, not a company, who can complete a bathroom reformation for me.  Tiling, sanitary ware and plumbing.  Has anyone got a real first hand recommendation, not just someone you know please.  Also do I really need a license from the mayor's office for a like for like replacement?
