Good news....

The public centre ( supermarket/ bar/etc.) Has been bought.!

And.... They have started to clean / paint the outside. 

The bar/restaurant is being made ready for business, but also the some ofvthe orher empty units have been rented out and need to get ready.(a lot of work as they are only in rough construction. 

But finally it is all going forward.

I’m wanting to get from terrazas de la torre to the nearest beach by bus. Is this possible? 

Firstly I’d like to say a big thank you for the team that set this up and more importantly the users who’s advice and honestly has lead us to buy our first property on the mainland (offer accepted stage)

Mee have a solicitor in Lanzarote but as they have power of attorney they would struggle to sign notaries on the mainland and wondered if anyone had details if a good lawyer local to Murcia who we could talk to/use?

we have NIE and just need the purchase handling and our Wills etc dealing with 

we can’t wait to hopefully meet some of you in spring and again, thank you for all the knowledge you provide on here 

Is the 12% on top of the purchase price a correct assumption guys ?

Community Charge  -  €100 ?

Council Tax  -  €25 ?

Presume standing charges on :

Water

Gas

Electricity 

WiFi 

Plus ???

Has anyone had air con installed lately, just would like a rough idea of cost for the supply and install of up to 3 units.I am a tradesman and thought of doing it myself, looking at both options.

Hello neighbours,

We just bought an apartement at the beautifull Terrazas de la Torre. 

Does anybody know how to get rid of old furniture, beds, dining table and chairs en some kitchen appliances like a fridge and an oven.

Hope to get some advice.
