Hi all,
My wife and I are looking to buy our first Spanish property and love the look of Las Terrazas de La Torre. Although will are predominantly looking for our own holiday home until we can retire, we will also want the property to work for us by being able to rent out. Is it likely (or not) that we can obtain a tourist licence? We’ve had conversations with some estate agents that have said some resorts won’t issue them. Many thanks.

We bought a 2 bed apartment in Las Terrazas de La Torre in April/May. We went out for 2 weeks in September & loved it. Car hire all inclusive from Goldcar was €299.
We are going out again in April/May for 15 days. Car hire all inclusive this time is €470 . Any ideas on better/ cheaper car hire.

Merry Christmas to all , how many blocks are there and and what it the percentage in each block that it owned. Still thinking of buying here and believe it could be a great community.If i do buy an apartment i could possibly offer my services ( no rude comments lol ) I'm a plumber and had my own property maintenance company.

Hi, I am looking to buy on las terrazas and wondered why the community fees are different on different blocks, (around €100 per month). Also are they fixed for a period of time and who decides they increase and when.

Hi, Just purchased a property in block 292 and was just wondering if they have managed to paint this block yet as last time we were over they had not reached it yet. Also, does anyone know if there is a president for this block as we are coming over in September and would be nice to meet other owners.
