I bought a new car last year in Cartagena and now have to register it for tax in Mazarron, can someone please tell me where I have to register and what do I have to take, and do I need an interpreter.

Will his new licence come automatically through the post or do we have to go to the tráffico to collect. We wasn’t given and info just told finished .
