Asking for any experience or advice for the best travel route from the Eurotunnel travelling with a cat to Los Alcazares and including stays at pet friendly hotels. Really looking for the most comfortable  and least traumatic journey for Sanchez (the cat) :-)

We are looking for long lets in Roda Village but when we search all we find is property in Roda Golf complex and we are not interested in there. Does anyone know of an estate agent dealing with Roda Village properties, please? 

Good morning, i am a big fan of the various different golf resorts in the area but am have several issues relating to monthly costs,residents going back to UK when  out of season so the resort is empty. Im not a golfer and probably wont even begin to learn but i do like the way the resorts are secure and kept spotless. So  i'm wondering if anyone knows of urbanizations that also are as clean and well kept as a golf resort, where the residents live all year round (mix of English and "other" nationalities) where a car is not definatley needed and shops and other amenities are within walking or a short bus ride away

Am very much open to suggestions

I want to travel in the next two months so would be great to get a few locations so i can take a look and see for myself?

Has anyone recently had quotes from builders/roofers for price of  re-roofing a flat tiled roof on a Fortuna bungalow.  Mine needs done, but I want an idea of how much to expect to be quoted beforehand., to avoid having a heart attack!  Thanks.

Hi all

Recently joined the forum and finding it very useful.  This is my first post,  we’re hoping to complete on an apartment in Roda in the next few weeks.

We are thinking of having security bars/grills fitted to the 2 windows that open onto the communal areas.  This seems to be quite a common thing.

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone to supply and fit and any ideas re likely cost?
