Good morning all, we have just paid our fee to reserve a property in Valle de sol. We are being asked by the solicitor for 1,000 euros to get military permission. I had a look on a couple of sites and it states that it was abolished in 2018. We aren’t buying a plot of land, which they say still needs permission, it’s a house. Can anyone be kind enough to help please? We are in the uk still, until everything goes through. Many thanks in advance for any help. Karen

We have just moved into a property on the Lo Santiago Urb.  Although we think our property may be part of the Valle del sol urb. We were told that the post on the urb doesn’t get delivered to the house & that the property has a post box at the entrance. We have checked and there is no post box for our address, so we are not sure where our post will go?

Can anyone give us any information or advice regarding post on the Lo Santiago Urb. Please?

Nearest shops for weekly shopping - does Mercadona deliver to Lo Santiago?

Whats the Bar/Restaurant like on the urb.?
