Hi guys. Just to introduce myself. I am cleo. I am in my 50's. I am leaving santiargo la ribera today. I came by myself and although I did enjoy the peace and calm, it would have been nice to have met up with some people just to chat or have a drink. I will be over again in a few months and I do hope there maybe people I could meet up with.

Hi Cleo, let the forum know before you come over next time and maybe you can arrange to meet up for coffee etc. There are some local groups on facebook it may be worth you joining too, Costa Calida Ladies, Ladies of Spain etc.

We have a Ladies of Spain group meets in San Javier for monthly lunch …there is also LwL Los Alcazares….lots of lunches and other events posted on the Facebook page.
Presume you will have a car…there is a weekly coffee morning in Los Alcazares every Monday 11 in the Garden bar

Thank you for this information. We came out last month and stayed in our new home for the first time. We are going for the NLV so will eventually being staying most of the time. I am in Santiago de La Ribera and would love to meet up with you lovely ladies in the future.
