Hi Alex
So sorry to hear this news. Your Mum has left a great legacy and it’s very good news that will carry it on. We live in the UK and visit our apartment a couple of times a year so knowing where to go and making arrangements eg to meet tradesmen before we leave has made things much better. When we first bought in LA in 2002 nothing was simple or straightforward!
