Hi, can anyone give me info on living on Sierra golf resort, e.g. Building quality, british ex pat community,maintenance costs etc. We are looking relocate to Costa Calida area and are in need of more information from people who actually live there.

the build quality is not the best in the world, the underbuilds are not properly waterproofed, however above ground my experience is that the build is adequate.
Bars - 3 on site - Blue Palm food, events, a community hub and pool, Manolis events food & drink, the Golf bar - Tapas and drinks when the course is open.
Generally quiet, easy to get to Balsicas for shops, also easy for SAN Javier, La Zenia. Etc for shopping.
Corvera airport ok in summer but flights depend on where you want to fly from, otherwise Alicante airport is ok but about and hour and 10 minutes.
