Hallo Tony,

Google translator is good, deepl is better :-)
Also in google maps the street name is not listed, google maps is my best friend by now.
And yes, we found the house via Blue Invest. And after the video call, everything is fine. My realtor can surely tell me the street name, the street goes o...

...nce around the community pool in C10.

Best regards

Andy

The attached graphic is a screenshot from Google Maps. I believe it shows all of Camposol C10. Except for the path around the pool !

Tony,

Correct, it is the house in the second row left side of the house with a pool in the garden.

:-)

Tony,

We have the viewing date at the end of June and in September we will come with the car and a big trailer with furniture to furnish the house.
Then we can certainly have a beer at Camposol, I'm looking forward to it!!!

Hi Andy,

We have a house on C10. The last few empty houses are now all sold. They’re very well built and C10 is well away from the problem areas.

Number 41 is next door to Paddy and Ann the community president and his wife.

Hopefully see you soon to say hello.

Dan.

Hi Dan,

nice to hear such positive things about C10 :-). We were also offered house no. 9 on the main road. But house no. 41 has a larger plot and the kitchen is already built in.
And besides the community president, what else can happen to us?!
But now I have a question: We are supposed to pay EUR 20,- per month for the community for example for pool use.  Is Sector C10 a community of owners? I thought each owner was independent?
I'm glad to get so much feedback from you all :-)

Thank you very much!

Andy

Hello again to all,

now I have to ask again specifically:
Is this urbanisation in which one does not acquire sole ownership, but a share in the common property?
This could mean that all owners are liable to pay for roads, paths and green areas and that the utilities are not in public hands?
Then I, as a homeowner, would also have to pay for the maintenance and operating costs of the urbanisation. Is that the case?

I am curious about your answers!

Hi Andy,

Yes C10 is a community of owners. We all pay 65€ per quarter to cover management, insurance and maintenance of the pool and communal areas. The only road that’s classed as private is the inner one that surrounds the pool.

Dan.

That is a bit of a can of worms.

The Monsora (C10) estate is a Community of Owners and there is another Monsora estate on Sector D, that I believe is the same.

For the rest of Camposol, it is somewhat more confused.

Basically, the estate has never been finished and there is a long running dispute with the local Mazarron Council about maintenance work. The Council wants all Camposol residents to set up 'Community Of Owner' groups for each polygono (C1, C2 etc), but we're aren't going to agree to that until the Council has met its obligations with regard to actually completing the entire estate. It's rather involved.

No doubt Blue Med will be able to tell you more.

Have a look at the Camposol Residents Association website for more detail.

Don't be put off, Camposol is a good place to be. I own two properties here.
