I think that is the responsebility of all the people who put it there.

It is not ok but you can't blame one person.

Thank you for your e mail. We have several new builds in Sucina. We would like to make an appointment with you to show you different propperties.

About the flies... it depends on the weather and sometimes on the farmers surrounding Sucina.

In Sucina there is a big englisch community with many lovely people, many bars, restaurants and a lot of things to do for expats.

Please contact Hillary to show you arround!

Take a look around San Pedro del Pinatar, Lo Pagan & Santiago de la Ribera, next area up from the existing airport.

Beautiful beaches, decent restaurants and remains Spanish although more Northern Europeans coming to the area, however it does get much quieter in the Winter Season.

Prioritise what you want, good luck

Hello everybody,

My wife and I are getting ready to retire over the next couple of years and are possibly looking to buy either in the Costa Blanca South or Campasol.

We are pretty OK with Costa Blanca ,having had a holiday there last year(La Zenia) and got to know the area pretty well.

Could any body give us some other areas in the Costa Calida area ,other than Campasol to perhaps also consider when looking to buy , although I think I could perhaps enjoy myself in Campasol after a life time of work  Regards Stephen Kettley

Try Haciena Del Álamo Golf resort lovely and peaceful 20 mins. From camposal 30 mins from all areas beach Mazarrón cartegenanear new airport corvera

Thank you very much for the information ,I had not heard of this place, just gave it a Google and it looks very neat and tidy, with a good choice of property for sale, I shall look into it further.

Do you know if it has any issues like Campasol ie unadopted by the local authority and Habitation Certs hard to obtain when buying and bad building standards , to name but a few problems I have found out about.

                                                            Thanks again regards Stephen

Thank you very much for the further information ,we will hopefully be visiting the area at some point next year and have a really good look around your Country Club and would love to perhaps meet if that would be OK .

                                                                                                                              Best regards Steve Kettley
