What is wrong with you, yes I do know what a 300 m2 plot is and i'm not "nit picking" as you say, it does not seem a very large plot for a 3 bed 3 bath neptuno with a pool they are usually on a 600 plus plot but you as usual being a know all will tell me different and for 140'000 euros I would expect a larger plot, but that is just me, oh by the way what does Farley mean if we're going to "nit pick"

A neptuno with a pool on a 600 plot ..would cost you around €170,000 ..why all the bitching ...every plot in my Street is 300 and has a Neptuno on it andmost have pools ..so what's the problem with you why do have you got to turn every post into a argument get a life for truck sake...you seem to have made yourself the self appointed know all of Camposol ...what's this we are off again Ed are you looking for some support when you are totally wrong ...Stop Trolling and start putting some constructive answers up that helps people on hear.you make yourself look like are a real knob head making stupid unfounded remarks...the title of the post is what's wrong with the place do you have anything  to say to the original poster.

The fact is that it is possible to buy on Camposol a Large well maintained 3 bed 3 bathroom Neptuno on a 300 plot with a pool for around £125,000 = €140,000 if you don't want a pool  you can buy the same villa for around €15,000 less or if you just want a small 2 bed lock up and leave bolt hole these can be bought for around £45,000 =€50,000 ++ come over and live that dream.

Living on Camposol is lovely, we have been here for 11 years now. You asked what's wrong, nothing really the properties that you see which are very cheap, all went to auction, where people had embargo's on or just walked away, because of the builder MASA. Many property developers bought them up very cheaply and did them up. Because the authorities took all embargoes and any other debts off them. They have since done them up and are now selling them off. There is nothing wrong with CAMPOSOL it's a very friendly place with lots of very nice people from different countries who live hear.

Miles inland and is predominatly brits depends what you are looking for cheap houses they are there but check paperwork carefully
