Just out of curiosity your location shows Santiago de la Ribera but you say you have been on Camposol for 11 years!!
Yes that's correct, we came to Santiago a couple of times, because our daughter and her family want to live there as it will be in between us and her father-in-law.

The majority of people that buy on golf resorts don't play golf...they are buying because the properties are cheap .. I personally know of 3 couples that have bought and sold up on the likes of Polaris world as they turn into ghost towns 9 months of the year ...some of these golf resorts don't even have a golf course or if they do have one it's usually run down and neglected as the people that have bought ...are mostly OAPs that can't afford to pay for a game of golf.

In my opinion anybody who buys a property where ever it may be in the world should really do there home work, it's a major purchase unless of course they have money to burn, I bought a property on a golf resort only this year, maybe i'm lucky but the course is in A1 condition which is maintained solely by the fees it generates, I visited the resort at various times of the year before I purchased and I found that only February and March were quiet, but yes as you said it was cheap or as prefer to say "a bargain".

What is not allowed for is the fees
Roda golf can cost 50 € a week depending what you have
So the. Cheap place suddenly becomes expensive and a financial commitment I would never live on a golf resort or similar

I think it's Farley obvious what a 300 MTR building plot is...haven't you got anything constrictive to add ....why the nit picking.
I love Farley's rusks.....
