We have been here a year now and love it.   It's a great place to live if you want the support of your neighbours and want a community spirit.   Great choice of houses and areas.

DONT buy in Camposol.

Lots of illegal homes, homes in ruins, roads in ruins and the ONE sector that is half decent is basically chav land. Look at properties from Low Alcazares to Torreveija, you won't be sorry, but you will if you go to Camposol believe me

This is very inflammatory and totally untrue.  Yes there is a very small percentage of houses that have problems but not any where near the extentyou are suggesting.  There are over 5000 properties on Camposol and if life was so bad there why are there so many people still there after 18 years and still people wanting to move there.  You obviously have a personal grudge against Camposol.   Which is sad but your experience does not hold up for the rest of the residents there.

No grudge whatsoever, purely MY opinion.

A lot of people are stuck there due to not able to sell their houses through an array of problems.

It is Little Britain and more like a council estate then anything else.

If you aren't on section a there are no facilities for you and for some it's a fair distance to get to them.

It tells a story that NO estate agency on Costa Blanca will deal with selling them and even will go as far as stating they all avoid the area from the Mar Menor and if you go to the place in the sun shows you will be met with laughs if you enquire about the place.

Been there, done it.

Why are properties so cheap ??????

Because of what I have said lol

When you get rid of the smell beneath your nose and get TRUE facts you will have a right to comment. Until then don't slag off the people that live there.  They are genuine people who care for each other.
