Ok that sounds good at least I could get around 👍 I drive for a living in the UK so I feel confident here but it’s driving on the other side of the road and roundabouts that look scary lol but the roads look far more open wider with less traffic there so hopefully I will get used to it

Kim

The roads in Spain are nowhere as busy as the U.K if you buy a small Spanish car left hand drive you'll soon get used to it and Camposol has a fantastic motorway network right on the doorstep.

If the property is 37000 euro then you need to factor in another 10% on top of that for fee's & taxes.

If you are a competent, attentive driver, you will not have any problems.

You will soon adapt.

Hi

Yes thank you for your reply I know about the taxes and would factor that in. I just need to find somewhere affordable now without issues that’s the hard part lol

Kim,

have a look on www.idealista.com if you put in your budget it will show you the properties available in whatever area of Spain you select.....would be a good idea to see what’s out there....

Kim, in all honesty, I think you should rent for a short while, before you make any major commitments. While you are on Camposol you could hire a car and get around all the areas on the urbanisation, get some confidence in driving and maybe visit Puerto de Mazarron. It could prove too be a nice holiday and learning curve. Best of luck in whatever you choose to do.

Hi Roy

Thank you that sounds like good advice. Hopefully when the restrictions are lifted I’ll be able to come over and see for  myself . I am currently in tier 4 so will be a few months yet but fingers crossed in 2021. Thank you for taking the time to reply and your advice
