If you go on you tube search for camposol hell and you will see the properties in Upper c overlooking the golf course that are affected

Hi thank you yes I watched this and they look selfie I’m so sorry for the people who bought them 🤦‍♀️ Aspilla seems to be a few roads back on on google earth I think I found it. The road seems a lot whiter in colour than the other roads? Although it’s a few roads back there could still be issues I would 100% need a survey done

Sorry, this should have been addressed to Kim...

No problem lol

No there doesn’t seem to be much love at all. Does anyone live in this road at all? Or very near by?

Hi

Here's an online map of Camposol.

http://www.fast2016.org/fastmap/index.html

Calle Aspilla  is on what is commonly referred to as Upper C. It's uphill from Sector B & Lower C :)

We looked at Upper C & decided not to buy there.

We bought in lower C (Sector C2) 2.5 yrs ago and it's been great.
In June this year we bought a property on Sector A in order to be closer to the shops etc. We moved in at the beginning of october. We still own the other house on C2.

In my own view, a car or other motorised transport is vital if one lives on Camposol and wants independent travel.
There is a bus to other towns but that only stops on Sector A.
Upper C & Sector D are a good way from there and the shops.

Hi Tony

Thanks for all the information you have given it’s really helpful. One thing I am learning about Camposol is how amazingly friendly and helpful everyone is. It would be so great to have a holiday home here  where there is such a fantastic community. I would quite often be coming out alone or with my 15 year old son and Camposol seems a great place to have a property with so much support around it makes me feel more confident in buying a property in Spain

Calle Aspilla is shown on Google Maps as Calle Siles !! Which I think is incorrect.

If you access this online map, select Sector C, then click on Calle Aspilla.
You will see the road highlighted in red.
You will also be able to read the names of the roads around it.

If you are using a PC, you can zoom in.

Thank you

Its a great community here. We are sector d which is lovely and quiet. We do need a car though. You defo need to get a survey done on any property you consider.

Sounds a perfect family community which I didn’t expect to find tbh until I started researching Camposol. Sector D sounds lovely but having not driven abroad before I’m wondering if it would be too far out for me as I would prefer to walk or cycle around Camposol itself? Can you advise me on the best area considering the location to shops etc for me for my low budget? I have a small inheritance and this a why Calle Aspilla appealed to me as the property is €37000. Are there better areas with no problems on Camposol for a small budget? I’m trying to find the best I can buy fir my budget as I wouldn’t have the funds to finance any issues with a property

Sector A or B are nearest to shops and walkable but more expensive. I never drove abroad before but the roads in spain are a pleasure to drive on. You could cycle from c or d to the shops but some is uphill. Some residents have electric bikes. There is also a community bus service. A dial a ride.

Camposol is very easy to drive around. The streets are wide and not that much traffic. If you do buy a car there you will quickly and easily get used to driving on the other side of the road and before you know it you will be driving off to the seaside.

Ok that sounds good at least I could get around 👍 I drive for a living in the UK so I feel confident here but it’s driving on the other side of the road and roundabouts that look scary lol but the roads look far more open wider with less traffic there so hopefully I will get used to it

That’s sounds great as that’s what I would like to do visit the seaside and port etc. The roads look lovely and open on you tube videos that I have watched so I would hope that I could learn to drive the other way round in Spain lol
