When MASA built these properties they scraped the top off  the hill, ignored any settlement and started building .  This was about 15 years ago and a lot of settlement has taken place since.

You may find that the house is stable but you need to come and have a good look at the house and the one's surrounding it, and the road outside the property.   Unlike the UK  the local council is not at all interested in fixing the faults.  They  take the attitude that yo...

...u bought it - its your problem.  Buyer beware.     37,000 is cheap, even for Camposol.

There are 3 or 4 estate agents on Camposol and at present it is a buyers market so you might find there are other possibilities if you look around.   You may find that there are quite a few eager sellers who are  willing to make substantial discounts for a sale at present.

Ok thanks for this information 👍 yes 37,000 does seem very cheap 🤦‍♀️ good advice about other estate agents on Camposol I’ll take a look at their websites

I bought in Villanueva del Trabuco where there is everything you need and it is not overrun by tourists in the high season. That is something you need to take into account when buying here. There is a regular bus service to Malaga daily.

I would say you shouldn't generalise about one particular area or street. For example the road right next to the golf course has some properties that are very badly and obviously affected by subsidance but other houses on the same road have not been affected at all.

It is a beautiful place to live with a public swimming pool (do look it up, it is amazing), gymnasium, shops, bars and restaurants. There is an ex-pat community here as well who will help you. There are places for sale here as well and not all with estate agents. They are quite costly and do force up prices. There are flats, houses, fincas etc all for sale.

Just found a video of all the blocks. Block B looks good to me. Are houses more expensive around this area. Thanks

I would say do a virtual viewing first, get them to go close in on anything that looks patchy, mis coloured etc. if first impression looks OK then ask about getting a survey done through a lawyer(600 - 1000 euro)

Better to lose 1000 on survey and pull out than buy blind and find problems and pay 10 000 on repairs.
