heres a guy, that says listen to owners, then in same breath tells you to take a 36 000 gamble, really?

how do you know these people are owners or may have their villa for sale, hoping you buy theirs?

think about it, he says dont listen to tony down the pub, but who is he ? just a name on a forum,

as previous people have said, rent, look around, ask real people face to face, go to pub in camposol. ask tony,

get a survey done, make sure alll paper work is in place, then you know the property is sound,

now i await for the arrogance that usually follows, from unstable people, cause you dont share their opinion,

therefore do u really want to listen to those types? these are the same people that have been sending abusive pms

to members, trying to dictate their opinion, on this forum.

Agreed absolutely. People can see certain members on the forum  are conflicting and ..... However, giving contradictory opinions do not help new comers or potential buyers. But then again we can see through who this or these individuals might be. Let's enjoy Camposol, let's enjoy Spain......

I don't do the pub stuff let alone Tony ( who the heck is he )  where ever I have lived never had any issues even being brought up on a council estate myself, as for noisey people never had thats for sure, would hate having someone loud and yes it puts people off wanting to live there, like a lot getting mixed feelings I'll carry on doing more research.

Hi

I bought a classico on sector D 2 years without papers and with embargo's. My lawyer wouldn't let me complete until hefty retention's were made from the seller to pay for any unseen problems.  Risky I know but fortune favours the brave they say. Sector D is really nice. I am lucky as I bought on a road with the big Neptunas opposite so its a wide road .Very little poor builds that I have seen. Embargoes are now lifted and receiving deeds on their way. Many people buy cars worth more than what I paid only to find out 5 years later they are worth peanuts. My wife and I love Camposol and the lovely surrounding beaches and things to see.

If you don't like noisy people then don't buy in a spanish community. They are very noisy, love to all come out in the street and chatter at the top of their voices until the small hours.

You have done your research d32/d23/d15/c16 ...have not been legally signed off by the council ...the one's on D sector are in the process of being legalised at the moment... So its best if you avoid them for now..the one's you mentioned on D sector have nothing wrong with them as far as building...

... quality... They just don't have all the legal paperwork ...as Massa the builder went Bust before having them signed off by the council.the one's on C16 will have to be demolished as they have very bad subsidence... Warning  only take advise from people that own a property on Camposol ....not from the likes of ...The Tony down the pub brigade that has never been to Camposol that are frequently giving advise on this forum  ...so come and see for yourself and make your own mind up.

Hi

We are looking to purchase property in the Campasol area and i came across this. I know its over 2 years old, but i thought it worth asking if the D23 area has now been taken over by the council?

I agree Camposol is ok if that's what you want come over and see for yourself but there are some lovely places up and down the costas, enjoy your search

I purchased on D sector,  and last July collected my deeds from my solicitor, so cannot understand all these comments about villas not being signed off, only problem now is covid stopping me going over to it, but luckily got a great Spanish plumber who keeps an eye on it and does any repairs that are needed, and does not rip me off, and workmanship is perfect.

Hi there we bought on D and are delighted with our villa street neighbours are lovely . Before buying we stayed on C for a week before we bought so we took time to drive round all the sections.

There are some problems on most sectors but really any issues are clear to see and proportionately to the overall amount of villas on Camposol are comparatively few problems.

We brought a villas quite high up hopefully minimising flooding. D is a quiet part of the urbanisation.

Come and really look at the place all I can say is we are happy with our villa and love the facilities of Camposol . - good luck
