Well said Roberto.

Business plans are good, and if viable it could help in a big way, like everything at the moment it is difficult to deal with sorting out people's issues, however the Spanish authorities are doing thier best, but it's hard, not only for Spain but everywhere.

Having said that it's good information you have put on.

Victoria,

Your visa application will be for Residencia y trabajo If you already have an online business and provide a robust business plan in your application, you dont need to meet the income criteria already, just show that you will in the future as an autonomos.

That way, you will need prepaid private health cover for one year, then as a Spanish tax payer, your whole family will receive free health cover thereafter.

On a separate note, consider some other areas in the province besides Camposol. Towns like Los Alcázares for instance have lots of housing options, a friendly expat community but many more Spanish experiences.

Hi if you are thinking of visiting in the near future I am looking for someone to deliver a set of keys to Mercers. I am trying to put my two bed bungalow up for sale.

The traditional methods postal and UPS have failed me.

I could offer an incentive or you could stay in the villa that I am trying to sell for a week while you look around.

I live in Nottingham

Hi Victoria

In response to your message

we have rented on campasol on a number of occasions.  Each time having a good experience.

As you may already know, you have everything you need in walking distance to the local supermarket shops and weekly market

Close by are the beaches of Bolneuva and Mazzaron which are so beautiful.

I imagine there will be a thriving community in Mazzaron for your daughter, you and your Mum with schools, after school, Spanish lessons etc

when we move to Spain,  longer term we will also be looking to this area

good luck,  please keep up updated with what you decide upon ✨🙏🏼

Close to all amenities, I disagree, if you buy on Sectors C or D you need a car, it is a long walk  to shops, supermarkets, postoffice, bars, restaurants, health centre, pharmacy etc. There are no buses serving the Camposol community, I believe there is a bus running to Mazarron daily. There are no schools on Camposol so arrangements will need to be made to get your daughter to school. The Health Centre on Sector A will be your local for doctors, there is an interpreter available, I believe she charges 15-20 euros per go consultation or can be booked for hospital visits. If referred to a hospital for consultation, medical procedures such as operations or scans you will be referred to the hospitals in .Cartagena. These are a few observations that many overlook when enthusing about Camposol. Yes Spain is great but think of your circumstances before committing to buying in a particular area.

Absolutely these are very good points to consider Ginger

We was in sector B which was easy to walk to all the amenities,  but not so easy for the other sectors, which would entail lots of additional driving

it’s such a big descision to make
