Hi Anne

My Lawyer was Alberto Alcaraz of Corral and  Alcaraz Law firm. My property wasn't affected as it was on a higher level.

Do you live in camposol ?

Mark

No Mark, I don't live in Camposol as yet. I am coming over this weekend and meeting up with Logan from Mercer's.  I have arranged to view houses in Camposol and also looking at properties in Los Alcazeres.  Thank you disclosing your lawyer's name, as this will be very useful for me.

Anne

Hi Anne

Mercers will arrange everything for you and arrange for you to travel to meet whoever you need to if you decide to buy

Hi Anne - we used Mercers when we bought 2 yeaers ago and they have all the required contacts you will need and they all speak English.

The NIE numbers, the electric and water, the insurance and the solicitors was all done with their help and could not fault them at all

Hi We bought through Mercers last year, as CFC1905 said they organised everything, very slick.  Dawn Lloyd at mercers was very helpful, even after we had purchased they gave advice on who to use for painting the villa etc.

Hi Thermalsocks, We have a house on Sector C1 and the only time we have the slightest smell from the farm is very early morning when the dew is in the air, and then it's minimal. We have to say, reading all the comments on here about various places and the problems they have with rubbish, flies and smells, I don't think we do too bad on Camposol. I think the guy that owns the pig farm does a terrific job in keeping the smell down by clearing and burning the waste. It's a small price to pay for the peacefulness of this sector.

We live on C2 and only occasionally do we smell the pigs, usually very early in the morning, but its not unpleasant, just reminds you they are there.
