I've been looking at properties on a few sites e.g. Mercers etc, and I was just wondering how you find out what district they are in. As previous posts, say be careful of certain areas of Camposol. Is there a map I can download to view. Moving from Bognor Regis

Just make it clear to the estate agents..that you only want to view property's that have a Escutura = ( deeds) and a Fin de obra = ( building licence )...property's that do not have them usually have problem's .do not take any advice from people on this forum that do not own a property on Camposol .

I noticed on PYM some person over on sector D was having to raise €38,000 to buy her property back post been taken off now but not sure what that was all about
beware of people claimng to be owners , you dont know who they really are, they could be agents trying to boost sales or owners trying to sell property, and like most posts ,your question doesnt get fully answered , also they maybe owners who bought property years ago without all docs , so their judgement comes into question . i mean would you hand over 150000 with out all certs ?
rent for 4 weeks look around , by all means ask tony in the pub at least you know hes real and get a survey done , take cost from price of villa , haggle,
they are scare storys, but dont listen to them , but frequent fllyer is right , make sure all paper work is correct,, peace of mind with survey, but i guess you, like most are worried about re flooding , buy on a slope, hill , or maybe members here can help with exact area

What's this about flooding ??
We are totally new to looking at Camposol. We are due to come out in September for holiday/viewing trip. So I've never been to Camposol, only seen pictures. For the past year we have been viewing Almeria inland /coast.
So all info is helpful. It's only going to be a holiday home for us

look at the ref number ...c ..d etc CLAD 324 CLAC213 ,1st , d sect , 2nd c sect , you will see this on map

there was flooding years ago, google murcia news /camposol / flooding , may never happen again, but better to be safe than sorry . a few villas affected , but 1000s werent , like i said , rent, ask people on site , go to the pub , people will speak freely with a few drinks :)
