Plastering wall inside
Hi, can anyone give me any advice on plastering walls inside my villa. Does the product come premixed or do you have to mix it? Easy to use? Cost ? Any usefull tips would be handy thanks.

Hi
You could try plaster boarding the whole villa out this can also be insulation.
I have just done a complete apartment in La Ribera including ceilings you can get all you need from LeRoy Merlin
Look on line for costs
Hope this may help if you want any more info please contact me.
Kind regards
Ed

Hi.recently completed interior dry lining and insulation on fortuna sector a. Owner is happy for you to look at results should you wish to pursue this option. Tim.
As an alterrnative if what you want is to cover the stipple effect there is a special plaster that fits the bill.theprice can vary subsantially if your property is currently occupied or not .tim

Hi Ed,
Thanks for your reply, i had that idea myself I only need to do two walls as they have blown and got cracks through the brickwork. I'm in UK and fly out and do bits when I can. Can I buy the boarding More local and get it delivered soon after order as I only come out for a few days at a time and only will have hire car.
Many thanks for advice

Hi again Holly
2 walls should be very easy you normally screw metal on the walls about 30 0r 40 apart plasterboard comes in various sizes always 120 with then either 2mt 2.5mt or 3mt this is then screwed to the metal.
Next stage paper and plaster the joints ( you can buy ready mixed paste) rub down till smooth then paint.
Screw holes in plaster board fill with same filler but no paper.
Going around windows just but a fillet either wood or upvc dependent on your windows.
You maybe able to buy locally as it is now more common in Spain'Last prices I had from Leroy were
I sheet 120x 2000 mt 6.71 Euro per sheet normal
