It is understandable that some people may not like what they hear. Life is too short to prove or disprove. One must have the capacity to accept and keep their knoweldge up to date. Enjoy life and enjoy Spain, the sun, sea, and peace.

Spanglish you are out of date. When the site was being built the water and electricity was on a builders licence - but that was about ten years ago. I have just had my water bill from Aquila pop in my letterbox, nor doubt Iberdola will be close behind, along with my IBI demand, followed in due course by my wealth tax. I think you are dreaming of times long passed which makes me believe you have little actual knowledge of the reality of life on Camposol. Another glass of Port perhaps?
Ours was certainly not a bargain. A good lawyer will check if there are problems of any kind.

No im not saying A is the best sector.(although those on A may say it is 🤣) Each sector brings something different. Utimately the best sector is the one which suits you/the buyer best.
