My opinion is with the transition period leaving little time left for people planning to retire here now less than 7 months to go and the Covid-19 situation giving an unknown date before the boarders will open that properties that are suitable as a residence will hold there prices.  There will be a massive Que to get residence completed before 31 December 2020 and therefor take advantage of the Withdrawal agreement conditions. Yes a number of properties previously used as holiday home will come on the market but these would have been empty for some time and tend not to have been maintained as good as they should have been.

House prices in Spain will collapse this year no doubt, you only have to look back at the last recession and this coming one will be worse.

Ignore the doubters on here,  I suspect your £60,000 will get you a nice house on Campasol especially if you wait till next winter when prices drop through the floor.
