Subsidence

Hi All

I am looking at buying in this area and was hoping some of you can give me your input of how life is and would like to know if there is major subsidence?

Morning,There is subsidence on Upper C which is restricted to a small area mainly on the perimeter road a quick drive around will be obvious where it is.This was caused many years ago by the builders not letting the ground stabilise long enough after flattening the area.Other parts of Camposol are fine.cheers

A bit on upper C also an odd pocket here and there, but obvious when buying you can tell by the street, if it's up and down avoid the area if the roads and streets good you will have no problems. But this also applies to elsewhere, if it doesn't look good don't buy and don't let anyone talk you into it.
