I've had a water leak on and off for the past few. years. On advice I've had 2 new sun roof, a new water pipe but when we get Tha windy rain it still drips into dining room and bathroom next door to my Rebecca. It seems to be ok for a while but then it seeps back. I've always wondered if they should take some tiles off my rebecca and see where this leak is coming from

. I just need a proper job do I get a plumber or builder anyone had anything similar and can recommend someone who can, sort this out once and for all. The inside wall can get quite wet.

If you are referring to C&M (Colin and Mark) they have there office on sector A in upper commercial centre.

They are a very experienced builders and have been established since the urbanization was in its infancy Before Camposol they were at La Marina ( near Alicante) another Massa site.

They know there job and am sure they will be able to help you, not the least expensive but are full legal company.

Good luck, I had a leaking roof but it was through the solarium so was fixed quite easy.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'sunroof'. If it's the solarium floor that's leaking, i'm not at all surprised. Masa were notorious for building in potential leaks. My advice is to get a builder in, someone who you can trust to repair the membrane under the tiles.

I'm not sure myself but I've had all that done it seems its either the pipe where rain cones down or under the roof tiles which slants down needs to be looked at. Only leaks when rain and wind ok if ordinary rain like a couple of days ago.
