There are many reasons for properties being on the market and Bugsy has mentioned quite a few. People come to Spain expecting a different lifestyle and to enjoy the sunshine and a healthy way of living. I personally have had a property on D sector for 20 years and love it. I also love the life style and love visiting the beaches and other Towns and Cities as Spain has a rich culture. The Spanish also have a different view of family life and how they support each other, Unfortunately events in the past 10 years have changed the way of life in Spain. The exchange rate has plummeted from 1.50 euros to the pound it's now hovering around 1.4 euros. Which means the cheap lifestyle has gone out the window for many. Also, Brexit has had an impact on Brits wanting to come and live here and if they are holiday homeowners, they are finding the time they can spend here is now curtailed by the rules applied to 3rd country status. So that is just a few of the changes that have affected residents and holiday homeowners. Other reasons can be the pull of family back in their native countries especially when family members are struggling or having babies. There is also a dark side in not all the properties are perfect as the developer was not squeaky clean. So, the advice is do your research and don't listen to gossip but employ the right sales agent, the right solicitor and have any property you're interested in checked out by a reputable architect. There are excellent properties available at a very reasonable price.  And finally, the weather and native creatures are different here and may not be to your liking. Happy Hunting.

That argument is way too simplistic. There are more factors that determine property value.

There are to many houses for sales, but the prices still be high. Thats no good.

No, the prices are NOT high.

Camposol is one of the cheapest urbanisations in Spain for properties, and compare the prices to other parts of Europe!

It is also unique!

Try to find another urbanisation with ALL the facilities Camposol has on-site and nearby.

Well looked after properties are selling very quickly here.

The Urbanisation " Mazarron Country Club" is a few minutes away from Camposol. Many people prefer MCC when compared to Camposol. The prices are slightly higher. It's just as convenient to the facilities in Camposol as most of the properties in Camposol itself, in many cases more so.

I don't agree, you need a car. The houses are smaller. And you pay a community fee.
