Hi thought i would add a piece of Truthful advice , both me and my Wife have lived in Camposol for 15 months we are both retired we are from Guernsey Channel Islands i am 61 and my Wife is 66 we have full residencia and one of the requirements was that we could prove that we could sustain ourselves and Private healthcare was one of the things we had to get before we applied for residencia DKV is 235 euros for us both i hope this helps someone , you will probably find that because you are from UK you will pay less
