Yes, AC uses a lot of electricity. 

I bought last year for 86 thousand euros and transered the same amount in sterling 86 thousand this was enough to cover all fees and had a little left in my account hope this helps

So I just recently bought my property ( May 2018).  It cost 79,000  euro but with costs it came up to 90,000.  I was told to add on about 13% for tax plus costs.  Hope this helps.
