IBI and car tax - Page 2

we are going through the same, spoken to my solicitor and IBI was paid in November and a DD was set up to cover this going forwards, Car Tax is liable to the person registered to the car on the 1st of January and due payment April time

I did check this on an advice site and they corroborated almost word for word what my Solicitor advised

...A and Car Tax on different months, our car tax is due in May/June and IBA is due in October 2023 see the attached photos use the drop down menu on the website our region is Mazarron which is still showing 2022 so I guess no bills are due, someone else may have more information but this is what we use.
