Curious as to your question??. If viewing properties on camposol then just ask the vendor for the cost of IBI thats what l would do.. we didnt question our own IBI...but its far far les expensive than our paypent of £160 per month when we were living in the UK.
We have a fortuna (which is detached) on Sector B and pay €353...its a corner plot.

Wondering why my Neptuno (not delux) no pool, not large garden and no extras is €420?
