Thank you for your comments and understanding. Yes Camposol suffers from fatigue as the issues have been there for almost 20 years. There have been small gains but in general the residents have been left to fend for themselves. Part of the problem other than corruption/fraud is that all the institutions keep passing the buck and that includes wanting the residents to finance fixing all the problems. The population dynamic on Camposol is that there are more retired residents than working people and hence a lack of enthusiasm to fix things financially. There are lots of charities operating on Camposol and volunteer organisations dealing with issues and helping the community. The biggest concern at the moment is the rambla which has 500 homes built in the rambla basin. It needs fixing so there will not be a repeat of the Gota Fria flooding that occurred in 2014.
