You are right, cars are dangerous. Particularly at night.
If a pedestrian is knocked down by one of them at night, there will have to be changes of the law.
I think they should bring in a law that requires two people to walk in front of each of them carrying lanterns

My wife, daughter and myself were cycling on the promenade today(10/06/20). Two police cars passed us and nothing was said about not being able to cycle along the promenade.

You have to feel really sorry for cyclists - there is obviously nowhere for them to use their vehicles, and they are unable to use their legs for the gentle pursuit of walking.

I think you guys counting how many cyclists are on the prom need to get a life and enjoy yourselves..the world is going through a major trauma and counting push bikes is pathetic..if they are doing wrong let the authorities sort it..or stay home and stroke the cat.
