I have 2 properties which may suit and they are not far inland at all. between La Marina and Elche, Alicante if his is of interest to you.

I am currently in the process of buying a property and using Jesus from Gonzalez Y Chaulet and he is great. Always available and also has got us our NIE numbers, opened our bank account. Cannot fault him.

So sorry to hear about your dredfull news. We bought via Another World Properties on Camposol and used PALS Solicitors in the port opposite Aldi. .. hope all goes well on the future for you.

She had NOT transfered any of this money to the owner despite my 3 visits and drew up a contract at the very end, which I presume was too late for the owners. She was sitting on my deposits in her account and it was a nightmare to get it returned to me.This she did after more than 3 months deducting her full lawyers charge of Eu 1200/- for no work done.
I have lost this house because of this poor lawyer ( if you can call her one) and my advise is to stay well away from this typical cheat and the trap I fell into despite me looking at all advisory details on how to avoid such people. Also complicit in this was a agent -HONDON VILLA REAL ESTATE who are apparently a dodgy operation.
I am continuing to look for my dream holiday home in the regions of Murcia,Fortuna, Hondon valley and inland but not very inland with 3beds/2 baths and a private pool, and I hope to find one.

So sorry to hear this jamesd68 :( I hope you find another property soon. I can highly recommend Gonzalez y Chaulet too. Based in San Javier. Jesus Gonzalez took care of everything for us when we bought our property in late 2017. He opened a bank account, NIE numbers, sorted utilities etc...Jesus always replies to emails promptly, even at weekends. His English is excellent too. Wishing you all best x

If you have a problem with me my staff or my company then address us direct . then if your complaint is not dealt with properly then you can post on sites but please give us a chance to defend ourselves by giving your surname as i know of no clients who have had deposits not paid back
do you have the company name correct

You have never made an offer or made a contract with Hondon villas.
you made an offer which was not accepted but that's the only dealings you had with Hondon villas. Your comments are damaging to our
company not to mention extremely untrue .
i now know who you are in fact you viewed abd made an offer on a property via hondon vilkas your offer was not accepted ... the owner took an offer from another client with another agency so we removed the property from sale.
you then came out to look again not just with us and you were then told the property was for sale so you viewed the same property and made a new offer via another estate agent .
We had signed terms from the owner from when you viewed and our terms to the owner clearly state that if you view a property via us and you then purchase with another agency then our fee becomes payable . All we did was advise the seller our fee would need to be paid as we introduced the buyer .
we were then told by the owner that you were not purchasing anymore and that's all we know .
obviously you did purchase the property and paid money over but you did NOT purchase via ourselves so you need to
look at the agency you purchased via and NOT Hondon Vilas as we had nothing to do with the sale contract you signed we were not involved .
if you do not remove your comments about us then i will instruct my lawyers to take action and sue you for damages.
