If you are resident in Spain you must file your taxes. You may not have to pay anything, but still need to declare your assets.

Sorry don’t understand this reply, are you resident in Spain? If so, under reciprocal agreement, your taxes have to be paid in .spain. If you are not resident in Spain time spent in the country us limited and non residents tax paid.
