Each block (normally 4 apartments) has separate solar panels for the heating of hot water and these are checked and connected at the time the first apartment in that block completes. This work is carried out by the sellers contractors (i.e. the bank) but can take a little time. So please check that with your vendor who should contact the contractors just after the completion.
