I own a place in la manga del mar menor and visit several times between May and October. Until this last trip I have never had an issue with mosquitoes but I’m currently covered in bites received in the apartment, in restaurants, and on walks.. For those who have lived here for longer than my 5 years, is the problem that much worse this summer?
Mosquito numbers are at plague proportions at the moment due to the recent heavy rains & the large amount of standing water.
