Integration into local comunity for young families with children

Dear all, I wanted to ask those who already live long time in La Manga and have children aged 10-15 years old. Considering all the Corona restrictions, are there any local facilities like sport, dance or other kind where young people/children could meet new friends, learn a new skill or practice Spanish? Are there any Summer activities for children during Summer holidays? I would appreciate any tips, many thanks. Also, do you have to wear a mask by doing sport activities?
