I’m in Plaza Town Centre and all our electric has gone off. As we’ve only been here 3 weeks I don’t know who to contact for help ?

I presume that you have looked at your consumer unit / fusebox & made sure that all the switches are on ?

Yes I did and the trip switch was down (Green) I tried to switch up (red) nothing- then switched all appliances off and retried. That worked and have finished cooking  dinner and everything seems ok now!! May have been thunderstorm. But thanks for responding.
