I have been with ASSSA since 2016, no extra payments needed per treatment, I chose the middle tier of cover, have a well person check every year which is included in the price and is very thorough, I pay 112€ per month. I have always been very happy with the referrals made and treatment, they guarantee either an English speaking Doctor/Consultant or a translator.

I am with Sanitas (part of the BUPA group) and just renewed for 2nd year on an NLV paying approx. €800 per year, which also includes dental cover. Aged 52, no pre-existing conditions.

We are with salus.  Paid 1500 for 2 of us. Meets our visa requirements. No pre existing.  Would I renew with them again. Probably not. I'd do more research into the area I'll be living to see what they offer, ie services in that area and that the clinics are decent too.. Otherwise you'll be stuck with what they offer on their list in the areas they are in.  Each provider should have on their website a list of clinics so you can check on Google what people think of them. And you can make an informed decision. 👍
