I would suggest you never accept the first quote you receive from them and haggle a little, say you want to check with other companies, never known them to fail and decrease the price.

You can use a comparison site which I always check, I use https://www.rastreator.com/seguros-de-hogar it is in Spanish but I am sure with google you will be able to understand.
