I live in Ireland,  here the people are pretty sensible and conforming to policy, they are however without any form of dependable formation of government. The very opposite to UK.

Sorry Sean but one or two have gone way off track here. I may wear my heart on my sleeve but i won't use sly tactics in an attempt to turn things and others against one person when the argument isn't going the way they would wish, like one particular person on this site.

Correct, non of us are perfect but I do have my own self respect and would never stoop to such levels. I will though stand my ground....

...

But happy enough to use snidey comments Zzzzzzzzzacdog?

Can't believe how 'holier than thou' he tries to present himself.

A pity he declines to answer me directly, as he has blocked someone willing to stand up to him! (May I remind you, I am not a Corbynite Lefty, far from it!)

Let him be - if he really thinks Boris is so great, perhaps he will decide to stay in England and desist from spouting his rhetoric on this Spanish forum! Fingers crossed!

They deserve him because they voted for him and as a leader he is frankly useless. You say they want to go out and they certainly should. The risks outside are considerably lower. Just stay a distance from other people. The transmission outside is very low. And the benefits they feel are very worthw

Joan decided to revert to responses and used the phrase ' Bonkers Boris' which Zzzzzzzzzacdog jumped on, hence the diversion away from her original post, so please do not blame others for moving away from the initial discussion!

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzacdog decided he was the font of all knowledge and then got uppity when challenged. We have then digressed somewhat, but as has been previously stated, not an issue as long as it doesn't get personal and nasty. (perhaps Zzzzzzzzzzacdog will take note if this is forwarded to him, as he has decided to block my posts) Obviously decided he met his match!!!!! :):):))

Stay safe folks and look out for you and yours.

Your quote below Julie:

"Firstly I totally agree with Roland this thread was started by Joan who had worries about social distancing nobody has really answered her question properly! "

I simply pointed out where it had gone 'off topic'!

At no point have I been nasty or personal, unlike Zacdog!

If you are going to make a comment, please do get your facts right Julie.

He has blocked my posts so won't respond to my comments! Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....

Not surprised he blocked your posts - you made your point, now give it a rest and stop prodding him.  It's unnecessary.

Hi all,

Having seen the overcrowded British beaches over the  recent Bank Holiday, what are feelings about the possibility of hordes of Brits descending on Spanish beaches as travel restrictions are lifted, the kind who ignored social distancing and pleas by local councils not to flock to the seasid...

...e. Personally, I dread this happening. These people have no common sense or consideration for others safety.

Hi Joan, I live in Wales UK, and it's not all of us doing this!, England has a seperate rule to Wales and with our beautiful beaches here we can't get access to them as its a heavy fine! Please don't tarnish us all, We are keen travelers and love coming over to spain and unfortunately it's the 'idiots' as you put it ruining it for us Welsh here!

And as if by magic the 3 Amigos pop up again. It's easy coming out with all this bile via keyboard, cowards like those 3 always do, never face to face.  I'll let you know when I'm over and invite you to express your concerns to me. Names duly blocked for future inner peace.  Ann75 and others, dont waste your breath on them, same old names, same old faces!!  Apologies original thread poster, somebody has to stand their ground to them.  I'm gone!
