...of familiarisation is usually to be expected. Whilst at it, do you need windows? I've been playing round with a chromebook build on a spare machine and finding it very good for day to day use, great battery life and added bonus of not padding out Microsoft's bank account.
The Tech Shop on Camposol Sector A has keyboard overlay stickers.
As Philtox said, just set Windows 10 to English language & set the Keyboard to UK English. If you buy a new laptop, it will come with Windows 10 pre-installed, but you will have to configure it. One of the very first steps is country selection.
Alternatively, just buy a new keyboard & use the stickers to relabel it.
